FLEETS RADAR

Operator and Aircraft Database

FLEETS Radar dashboard showing a global operator hub map, filter controls, and detailed aircraft operator and fleet summaries.

Module Description

FLEETS Radar is an operator and aircraft database. It helps users search, filter, and visualise the global aircraft fleet in one place.

FLEETS Radar acts as a single source of truth, unifying core technical specifications and turning fragmented aviation data into actionable market intelligence.

It supports specific fleet identification by filtering aircraft specifications, engine configurations, geographic parameters, operator profiles, safety credentials, fleet age, and typical performance values.

It also shows airline hubs, verified charter contacts, airline websites, LinkedIn profiles, and fleet size and status summaries.

The FLEETS Radar module helps users quickly identify relevant fleets and build an initial view before diving deeper into specific operators in the OPR Profile or other modules.

Use Cases

  • Aircraft charter brokers and aircraft sourcing companies looking for verified charter department contacts and safety credentials.

  • Aircraft sales companies looking to identify opportunities.

  • Analysts performing due diligence through aircraft registration search.

  • Aircraft parts manufacturers and aerospace materials companies carrying out initial fleet market identification.

  • MRO - Maintenance Repair and Overhaul companies seeking to identify new fleet markets.

  • Aviation service providers looking to identify specific fleets in the market.

  • Aviation underwriters and other market operators requiring fleet and operator market visualisation and intelligence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I find charter airline companies for every country?

Yes, you can find both charter airlines for every country as well as their charter flight department contact details where available, and their IOSA status.

What is IOSA certification?

IOSA is the IATA Operational Safety Audit, an internationally recognised evaluation system used to assess an airline’s operational control and safety standards.

Can I perform an aircraft registration search?

Yes, there is a dedicated aircraft registration and MSN dropdown. If more than one aircraft shares the same registration or MSN, you can also select the manufacturer to narrow the search. Users can then head to the OPR Profile module to look for the operator, their fleet matrix, and aircraft list for further details on the specific tail.

Can I identify an aircraft fleet by airframe specifications, aircraft engine specifications, geographic parameters, airline profiles, safety credentials and performance?

Yes. FLEETS Radar lets you combine unlimited filters across those criteria to isolate the fleets you need. For deeper analysis and more specific views, you can then use other FLEETS modules.

Can I find a list of airlines by ICAO or IATA code?

Yes. FLEETS Radar includes dedicated airline code identifier dropdowns to help you search by the operator’s ICAO or IATA code.

Filtering Architecture

FLEETS Radar uses a powerful multi-dimensional filtering system. It lets users combine unlimited parameters to find precise market segments. Users can then uncover the fleets that matter most.

  • Technical specifications: Search the global fleet by aircraft category, manufacturer, family, type, model, registration, MSN, and status, alongside engine manufacturer, family, and type.

  • Geography: Narrow results by region, sub-region, country, or specific IATA/ICAO hub.

  • Operator profiles: Filter by operator name, ICAO/IATA code, operating class, alliance, or parent group.

  • Safety and compliance: Evaluate operators using current IOSA status, EU ban lists, and FAA IASA country categories.

  • Performance and capability: Refine results by average fleet age, typical range, single-cabin maximum capacity, and typical load capacity using intuitive sliding scales.

Output & Data Visualisation

FLEETS Radar turns filtered results into one master table and an interactive visual layer. This makes fleet intelligence easy to explore at a glance. It also helps you move from insight to action.

  • Entity links: Navigate directly from operator names to corporate websites and verified company LinkedIn profiles.

  • Hub mapping:  View operator hubs on an interactive global map. Click any hub pin to filter the master table by location.

  • Charter airlines directory: Access verified charter email addresses, telephone numbers, and digital inquiry forms.

  • Fleet status summaries: Review aggregated fleet type counts by status. This includes in service, stored/MRO, parked, or on order.

  • Compliance data: See IOSA status and expiry dates directly within the master data table.
